Hugo Andrelo and Agustina Prinsich are the creators and foundersof La Papa Barcelona. Agustina trained in the corporate world of Marketing but her passion has always been gastronomy, food and a healthylifestyle. Hugo is an architect specialised in sustainable urban planningand environmental architecture.
Arriving in Barcelona in 2020, they decided to make this project a reality, combining skills that represent each of them to create this minimalist gastronomic space that brings a strong imprint of art and design in order to recreate a complete sensory experience. A fusion that also adds a concept store within the premises, experiences not seen before in the city of Barcelona.
