La Papa Shipping Policy:

1. Free shipping for orders over €100:

   • Eligible locations:
     • Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).
     • Balearic Islands.
   • Specific conditions:
     • The Canary Islands are not included in this promotion.

2. Free shipping for orders over €150 in Europe:

   • Eligible countries:
     • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
   • Specific conditions:
     • Valid for orders that include La Papa products. The order value must be €150 or more in La Papa products.

3. Exceptions for La Papa gift cards:

   • La Papa gift cards are not eligible for free shipping.

4. Logistics operators and delivery times:

   • National (Peninsula, Balearic Islands):
     • Operator: GLS.
     • Estimated delivery time: 24-48 hours.
   • International (Europe):
     • Operators: UPS and UPS Express.
   • International (rest of the world):
     • Operators: UPS and UPS Express.
     • Estimated delivery time: 48-96 hours.

5. Preparation and shipping days:

   • Orders are processed and prepared for shipped from Tuesday to Thursday.
   • Orders will be ready for shipping at least 3 weeks from purchase. Please be aware that our products are handmade and we work on demand. 

6. Considerations for shipments outside the peninsula:

   • International shipping rates cover shipping costs only.
   • Duties and taxes are not included in the order price and are the recipient's responsibility.
   • Customs policies vary. It is recommended to contact the local customs office for detailed information.
   • Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays.
